libtet1.5-dev software package provides Quality Tetrahedral Mesh Generator, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libtet1.5-dev
libtet1.5-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libtet1.5-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libtet1.5-dev *
You will get with libtet1.5-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
